Yehia Abouelwafa is Co-Founder & Partner at DisrupTech Ventures. He is a seasoned investment professional with over 20 years of experience in various investing stages.

Yehia started his career in corporate finance advisory, before venturing into M&A banking and private equity before landing in the venture capital space.

Prior to DisrupTech, Yehia was the Chief Investment Officer at MNT-Halan Investments in the Netherlands.

Along his career, Yehia successfully closed numerous transactions and fund-raising rounds across diverse geographies and industries. He has a passion for working with talented entrepreneurs to build companies around novel insights.

Yehia served on several boards and acts as an advisor to numerous start-ups. He was also a Graduate Teaching Fellow at Yale Department of Economics and is an active member at Yale Entrepreneurial Society (YES) and Accelerate Yale.

Yehia holds a B.A. in Accounting & Finance from the American University in Cairo, and two master's degrees, an M.B.A. and an M.A.M. from Yale School of Management and IE Business School.
