Malek Sultan is Co-Founder & Partner at DisrupTech Ventures, brining over 20 years of experience as an experienced investor.

Most recently, Malek was the Chief Investment Officer of Beyout Investment Group, a leading GCC-based investment group, where he spearheaded investments across a diversified portfolio of funds, listed equities and principal investments.

Previously, Malek served as investment advisor at Aref Group Holding in Sudan, as well as Head of Private Equity at Watheeqa Holding in Egypt, where he provided growth capital to real estate and non-banking financial services companies.

Malek started his career as an account manager at International Turnkey Systems covering Africa and other IT companies.

Currently, Malek serves as board member in Raya Holding, Cairo Edu Service, Cairo National Investment, and CIRA/Ahli Capital for Education Investment. Previously, he served as board member in MENA, Tameer, and Nafais Holding.

Malek holds a B.A. in Commerce from Cairo University and an MBA from Georgia State University.
